Be not conformed to this world

In this seemingly dark, gloomy, rather evil age, the body of Christ is witnessing and suffering from more attacks. All around Christians are seeing increasing abominations, great sin, and evil that is happening in our own nation and taking place all over the world.

We’re viewing more events that shake the world and events which seem like they are of a higher scale —effecting thousands like: fires, floods, earth quakes etc.

Nations surely have risen up against nations, rumors of wars are daily posted on internet news sites or flashed at us on the nightly television speaking of "the new enemy"— “terrorism.”
Famine, pestilence, and even swarms of crop eating locusts in Africa make the headlines these days.

Even the heavens are even exhibiting some amazing activity lately with solar storms, coming meteor activity, and red moons from lunar eclipses.

The gospel has been preached to almost all corners of the earth.

It all sure seems to point to one thing, and some of you already know what I‘m talking about. These are signs of the end times as recorded in the Holy Bible by the testimony of Jesus.

However, at a time when Christians should be looking to God and to His word, it seems many are looking elsewhere.

Far too many “Christians” today are caught up looking to alternative places for their wisdom. There are today, more alternative sources for so-called biblical wisdom and answers. There are a dozens of modern day prophets claiming to have the answers, and there are Bible Prophesy websites everywhere, with informative books, and insightful magazines and Christian book stores with shelves full of "nourishing" daily devotionals to "lift your spirit" and make you "feel good."

Much of the prophecy mania depicts a Hollywood motion-picture-like drama unfolding of the great day of our Lord.

Christians are today taught any number of hypotheses of what will happen when mystery Magog attacks the Jewish state of Israel.
Many of these sources also speak of the rapture, (a word found in every Bible—Oh, and if you do find it, please let me know).

Millions more wait in anticipation watching the daily news and Bible prophesy spin-doctors (as "the oracle" Hal Lindsey) to learn what is going to happen when the "third temple" is rebuilt.

These modern day prophets routinely take the true prophets as Jeremiah, Hosea, Daniel, and Isaiah and others, and use their messages to promote "the redemption of Israel," or that is as they will tell you, the modern Zionist formed Israeli state located in the Middle East.

Theses prophesy experts, mostly political media experts, tell us that clearly these prophecies in the Old Testament must directly or indirectly be related to events taking place today, and that they are types, or shadows, for events in Palestine, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, and Islamic fundamentalist terrorism.

As a result of such false doctrine being prompted widely throughout the churches, many are looking to a physical state and Middle East wars, or the "beastly" United Nations, or the evil Communist: Russian, Chinese, or North Korean borders for signs.

Jesus sure spoke about those seeking after signs if you recall.

A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it...

Surely, there are signs to be found, but they are not looking to their Bible for these signs.

Instead millions of Christians are sadly flocking to these prophets and other such modern man-made theologies, forgetting the very words that Jesus the Christ and His disciples taught.

Why is this? Because they are still very much living in and focused on this world.

They have not realized the full message of what Christ was trying to communicate to His disciples, and the same message His disciples were trying to communicate to us.

It would seem as if a large segment of the Christendom today is caught up in the snares of the world; because they have not heard nor heeded words of Christ’s warning and thus are being greatly deceived.

He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

There’s a sad trend of a mass of Christians who live one foot in the world, and one foot in the church.

They “like God” or their “religion” but they like the Television and the internet, too.

They may attend church, but then they go home and give into their fleshly desires whether it is of money, or materialistic things, or worse yet sins like lying and sexual fornication, or other abominations.
As a result of letting their spiritual guard down, and over time, what is “evil” is now being viewed as “good.”

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

The word of God is being watered down in many congregations today in exchange for "Gospel music" and or ritualistic worship time or "spiritualism."

Music and praise has a place in churches, but it is not to be overly used to quench the teaching of the word of God.

This is happening because many churches have not seriously studied and focused on the word of God, rather their own denominational or their own theological belief systems.

It’s gotten so bad that now a segment of the New Christianity say its "OK" or "acceptable" for a priest or a Bishop, to be a sodomite!

Yet the Word of GOD states that a priest is to be righteous and holy— a man of God—and if Christ dwells in the same fleshly temple—one’s body—as his apostles taught, then shall not that same temple be defiled again by the life style of sodomite which is clearly in the Bible, a “grievous sin,” “unnatural,” and “an abomination” before God.

Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. [16] What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh. [17] But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. [18] Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. [19] What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.

Apparently the Episcopal Church, the Methodist Church, and others think that is an outdated or wrong way of thinking.

President George Bush, once even praised a sodomite church for its work "for the kingdom of God."

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

Many Christians today might listen to a preacher on the web or a Televangelist on TV, or a radio sermon, or in the church, but if they do not read the Bible and examine it fully for themselves, then how can they show themselves approved unto to God?

[15] Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. [17] And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; [18] Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

How will they be able to resist the enemy if they have not put on the whole armor of God, especially if they do not hold the sword —the word of God?

Surely, we are now somewhere in the end times—and a profit is to be made by these false prophets.

This is what many “prophesy ministries" are now doing with pay-register websites, newsletters, glossy magazine subscriptions, books, videos, etc.

We can’t know for sure all the motives of these people in this “prophesy” business, but we do know that Jesus did not say to make a dollar or a profit in His ministry. It was freely received and should be freely given.

Christ warned about the false prophets and He said they would deceive many.

Millions of Christians say they are "saved," but are they truly saved?

Who started the new religion that says "you're saved" after you make simple prayer?

Is that written or even taught in the Bible?

Many evangelicals today claim to be "born again," but ascribe to the same man-formed theology of Jerry Falwell who states that water baptism is not necessary toward one's salvation.

Perhaps the most frustrating of all doctrines today, is the worship of the “sacred cow” or the golden calf of modern day “Judaism” amongst Christ’s people. 

Why?

largely because a select group of theologians (who misunderstood the meaning of the Hebrew word "Yehuwdiy") assumed that the people who call themselves “Jews”, automatically must be the flesh and blood descendants, from Abraham to Isaac, and make up all of the 12 tribes of Israel.

Why do Christians assume this?

Because the Jews simply say they are "God’s chosen people," Israel, and they also have a state named after a biblical people “Israel.”

Since this state was formed in 1948 and many Jews who have migrated to the holy land, this must be the prophetic promise of God in the Holy Bible to bring His people back and plant them on their own land!

Never mind that Jesus left many warnings and the Bible declares otherwise.

Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees? [12] Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

The Religion of Pharisees and Sadducees and their doctrine, is today modern day "Judaism." Judaism was simply an interpretation and a re-codification of God's laws using new created man-made laws of the Rabis usurping God's written law.

Today many of the churches are not that far from Judaism.

The Catholic Church has long been making its own laws based on their own interpretations of the Bible and over the years added their own theological rules, and rituals, and customs, and commentary.

The commentary that the Jews practiced was called the Halakha, or the "oral law" they used in addition and in place of God's written law; later to become written down and preserved as the Mishnah, and the Talmud -- the essence of what is today "Judaism."

The Greek word "Ioudaismos" means Judaism or "the Jews religion" as it was known in the apostle Paul's day (Pharisaic laws).

Note the root of the word "Iuodaimos" is from the Greek word "Ioudiazo" which means to to "become a Judan" or become a Jews to "live as Jews."

The religious conversion of "becoming a Jew" was not based strictly on the Old Testament law of Almighty God found in His Torah, but a modern religion which arose out of Babylon, known as Judaism (based on an oral torah).

What did the Christ warn about Judaism or those who "live as Jews?"

I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

Quoting scriptures like these, can easily have people quickly label you as an 'anti-Semite,' but should Christians deny or ignore what Christ or YHWH said simply to be more acceptable to ideologies and views of the world?

Many Christians wrongly argue…Yes!

As a result, millions blindly flock to the state of Israel without ever examining their own doctrines, or reexamining what their preachers or modern day prophets are saying.

Most, if not all, of Bible prophesy experts await some kind of mass attack by Gog or Magog on the state of Israel —by the Arabs, or Russians or others.

Others patiently await to see “a third temple” being built in Jerusalem, so the Jews can resume the sacrifices to God at His return.

Sure sounds good, right?

Read your Bibles again more closely.

If Christ is our High Priest and His body is the Temple, why will Christians or Christian Zionists want another than Christ, or another temple?

Others await for the pre-tribulation rapture of the church expecting to leave before the great tribulation begins.

It would seem that many of these churches have forgotten a few scriptures in the Bible, on false prophets, written to the church in letters warning how we as children of Christ should perceive the world and things of the world.

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

We’re told in these scriptures to beware of false prophets for many are entered into the world. Many more will be false teachers. Something that is false, is simply untrue.

So how is a Christian to know the truth?

We must go back to the word of God.

If a church and their congregations are fascinated by prophesy and music, or spiritualism, but not concentrating on reading of the word of God daily and studying it closely, how shall they discern the truth?

If Christians do not know their Bible, when the temptation or evil strikes or the enemy attacks, where will they be?

What will they do in the hour of temptation?

How will they not know that they have been deceived, if they do not study the Bible for these signs and warnings?

If they don’t ever question their own doctrine and compare it to the word of God.

What good is a church packed full of souls who have not the full truth, but only half or a quarter?

If we don’t obey His commandments and try our best to do what is right before God and abstain from what is evil and sin, why call ourselves Christians?

Remember every one's work shall be tried by the fire, if his or her work can stand the test.

Are our churches entertaining, or truly saving souls today?

Are the missionaries saving souls so to remain through the test or will they perish in the day of war, temptation or afflictions or by the cares of the world?

A disciple is a learner of Jesus the Christ, but if one does not “learn” or follow after Christ, or obey what Christ taught and commanded, can we truthfully call ourselves “disciples?"

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; [32] And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

How shall we know the word of God, unless we earnestly study it and search it for the truth?

If most Christians read their Bible, and taught out of the Bible very closely, and would interpret the Bible in the context of the Bible, not the world around them, there would be little need for any extra-biblical daily devotionals, prophesy books, commentaries, rather they would be reading the Bible and learning what God wants them to do.

Today Christians attend church services being told to "bring their cares" for what can God do for them, hardly ever teaching what God wants them to do for Him and HIS kingdom, to say "here I am Lord, Use me!"

Many so-called evangelical Christians also have all sorts of enemies; mostly they are “Islamic fundamentalists” or “liberals", besides Satan (if at all they believe of Satan). Yet very few ever come to see the true devils in their government, or demons in their church.

They instead look for one antichrist to come (assuming he's not already here at work), ignoring all the others—already present and long since been in the world.

[22] Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Our warfare is not against the “great Satan” of Islam or even Communism, but against far more powerful principalities who deal in such earthly entities.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

The disciple John, taught to love not the things of the world. Jesus taught and said repeatedly that He was not of this world.

And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. [12] While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. [13] And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. [14] I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. [15] I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. [16] They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

Notice that Jesus said His Father (YHWH) should not take them out of this world. Isn't that not to mean the same thing as to be “left behind?”

Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Jesus said if His kingdom were of this world, HIS servants would fight.
Sadly, Christians today seem to echo that very sentiment. Many do not seem to be fighting or feel they have to defend the crown right of Christ.

Too many churches today are involved in worldly politics, yet fail get involved in judging corrupt politics and politicians.

The Bible clearly says otherwise of God's servants, especially the prophets.

Christians in America will donate large sums of money and vote for so-called "Christian" president who is "a conservative" because he belongs to the "Republican" party.

They will support the Republican Party and cast votes being conservative on social issues like abortion, marriage, but ignore the fact that same party is the party of wealth, and ignores the plight of the poor, is pro war, pro-gun, and has historically been racist towards America's Black population and other racial minorities.

With a wide held belief that "God helps those who help themselves," the Republican Party has ignored the plight of the less fortunate.

While the Democratic Party is no charm either, Ironically because it does try to help the lower class and poor, historically stood for human rights, and civil rights and it espouses more Christian values such as "charity" and "love thy neighbor as thy self" than the hypocritical Republican predominantly evangelical supported party.

Democrats also support and promote a growing sodomite agenda, an agenda, which legitimizes "a lifestyle" which is sinful in the eyes of God.

Should Christians in America be supporting either party when its leaders are bound to praise sodomites, visit Shinto Buddhist temples, give a party for an Islam and Judaism in the white house?

Since when did Jesus say "all paths lead to God"?

Donald J Trump, the Republican nominee for president 2016, is now claiming he is a "Christian” seeking evangelical votes and support promising to bring back "Merry Christmas". Trump, a vain, prideful billionaire who is divorced and remarried three times and said he did not feel he needed to ask God for "forgiveness."

The current Republican Vice presidential candidate Michael Pence says he is a "Christian first, a conservative second and a Republican third."

But would a true Christian support such a political party with values which does not line up even close with Christ's values?

Others might say, “Don’t judge, lest ye be judged” using Christ words against His own doctrine. But the parable of "salt" was explaining what happens when Christ servants don’t use their light or salt to judge righteously and spread the law of righteousness.

Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

For YHWH (the LORD) loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

Paul was not saying we don’t judge, rather we as His saints have a duty to judge righteously the world, to convict it of the evil and sinful nature, to bring it forth, not to damnation, but to God’s Salvation through our Lord Jesus the Christ and to walk again renewed in the Spirit of Christ.

Therefore the prudent shall keep silence in that time; for it is an evil time. [14] Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so YHWH, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken. The first Christians—Christ's disciples and their disciples— turned the world upside down by their outspokenness preaching the gospel.

Today it seems that Christians hide in the safety of the four walls of their church, many churches that open their doors only one day a week.

The churches also raise tithes, but how much of the tithes go to feed or cloth the poor in their own communities.

Millions of dollars go to foreign "missionary work" that should be done in their own communities first. It's not only food starving people need, it's God's righteousness and His Word alongside the food.

Too much money raised goes to make bigger buildings, large colleges and learning centers, satellite systems, printing or publishing houses.

There are TV evangelists who claim to save millions, yet they rarely seem to be preaching the true gospel.

There are many Christian TV channels which claim they preach Christ, but do not devote much time teaching the Gospel rarely ever touching the need for baptism.

Many modern preachers preach a gospel of "prosperity" and how God can get you wealth 'if you'll just give some of your money God can bless you.'

Still others pack a stadium preaching a "Feel Good" sermon sounding like a positive psychology book.

Then there are Zionist Christians like the "friends of Israel" and like Zionist churches who are confused, send money which goes to purchase gasmasks and flak jackets, or financially support the Jewish people in the state of Israel so they can build more concrete, iron razor wire top fences and further push their Arab neighbors off their own land.

In the poorest parts of America in the cities there are churches found on every corner, but it seems they have failed to salt their communities with God given morals. Crime is rampant in these areas. Instead of being the leaders in their communities to teach the fear of God, the places of God have become places of political protest for issues surrounding local police shootings and other racial issues.

Many of these churches it would seem, simply have lost sight what they’re doing, because they have forgotten they are not to live or be conformed to the world.

How many Christians truly practice this?

Instead many seem to put their focus on the things of the earth, like giving their money and their energy to a political party or lobby pressure group, or using the church time when they should be teaching the Word, they give sermons on a state named Israel, and the war with Arabs and the Palestinians, or Russia, or focus on the middle east looking for the world war three to happen any day now, but not on Christ nor are they truly preaching His gospel.

Yet if tomorrow the Middle East is swallowed up, what will any of that matter to you as one who has put on Jesus the Christ?

For we are not to seek the things of this world, this earth, but the things of next earth and in the heavenly "New Jerusalem," seeking greater promises, a greater redemption, a greater peace than any promises of “world peace” could ever be earthly offered.

If the Jews want to resume sacrifices in a new temple, they say they will build, what then of The Temple already standing and High Priesthood— both already fulfilled in Jesus the Christ?

Why then should Christians care for the things of the world?

We were commanded to take up Christ’s cross and to preach His Gospel. To be His servants, warning and shouting blowing the trumpet in our land when the time approaches.

If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; [4] Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. [5] He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul. [6] But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.

We were commanded to have salt in our communities, reprove and rebuke that which is sinful and unrighteousness.

Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

Christ taught us to let our light shine forth and not be hid. We have light in ourselves only is Christ dwells within our lives in our spirit.

Matthew 5:16 (KJV)
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

We only shine by Christ who dwells in our bodily temple, for we have put on Jesus the Christ. It is Christ who is the Lamp and Light of the world—not a menorah.

The final time is approaching fast. There’s an amazing growing feeling and awesome sense of the Spirit taking place in the Church and amazing things appear to be happening all over.

The time is fast approaching the last hour, whether will end this year, or the next 3 or 15 years — It's coming soon! —we simply don’t know the exact day Jesus will return, and won’t know until it's revealed by God to the saints by the Holy Spirit.

It’s time now, not to be slothful, but be awakened ready—to be watchmen on the towers and raise our trumpets loud and preach the gospel.

It’s a time when we should be judging those things around in God’s law of righteousness and for righteousness to bring others to Christ.

It’s time to read the Word of God make it available to others. It’s time to repent, pray and fast.

It’s time for Christian action— not apathy with our head in the clouds awaiting a rapture, nor waiting for revival in the land.

And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; [11] Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

The word of God speaks of a time in the end day when God’s Spirit is to be poured on true Israel’s sons and daughters of Christ’s obedient Church and we are seeing some amazing turn around in the Church happening now.

The Spirit is being poured upon his servants the Church - not the state of Israel.

We will soon witness more attacks from the beast and his evil parties like we never have before.

As Christ said we must “watch”, be vigilant and aware.

It’s clear that we are entering these days, so let us rejoice and not worry, for the great day of the LORD, that is Almighty YHWH, is fast approaching and we must do everything in our ability to be ready and continue in the faith, working for His kingdom and bring others to the truth in Christ through the holy word.

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. [5] For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

We must bring out our brothers and sisters out of the world and out of Babylon. Babylon and it sorceries and mystery that have tainted the Church of Christ. It's time Christians return back and examine the truth found only in the word of God, and read their Bible.

Let us not think and conform our minds to the world and earthly matters, but that of God.

Jesus said to Pontius Pilate, “My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight.”

His Kingdom is here now, for after Christ died and arose from the dead to be seated in all power and glory and began the blessing of His Church on the day of Pentecost—the Kingdom of God had then became a reality on the earth.

For those who are in Christ, it is very much alive today.

Those who live in His earthly kingdom of God, must proceed with spreading the gospel and proclaiming the good news of the Gospel of Jesus the Christ and warn of the coming judgment and wrath in the Day of YHWH which is fast approaching.

May we all be prepared, busy working for His will and be found worthy on the day HE returns to reign over The Kingdom!
