So where is the house of Israel now?

That is a question many might ask themselves. Some would presume to answer that question in one or two sentences. Some answer it in a paragraph, and many will use history or archeology and written texts which we have access to at one time or another.

But the truth is WE DON'T FULLY KNOW.

A few facts need to be realized about the people of the 12 tribes of Israel.

To say that Israel was "a pure race" of one people is untrue, and shows an ignorance of understanding Israel or the Holy Bible.

Israel was certainly from the Hebrew people, but then not all of the Hebrews were pure in its blood line. Nor were all of the children of Israel kept "pure."

In fact the scriptures show us that Israel was with "a mixed multitude" of the many, many of people particularly when Israel (as 12 tribes of many peoples) left the land of Egypt.

And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside children. [38] And a mixed multitude went up also with them; and flocks, and herds, even very much cattle. [39] And they baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought forth out of Egypt, for it was not leavened; because they were thrust out of Egypt, and could not tarry, neither had they prepared for themselves any victual.

Please understand that by the time the children of Israel actually stand before YHWH at Mt Sinai, Israel (after they prepared and cleansed three days) is a diverse (in part) multitude of people.
